Since our founding, we’ve empowered 3,750+ young people, impacted 22,000 people in the wider community, and partnered with 185 companies to drive social mobility.

My favourite aspect of the I am Change programme is the balance between practical topics discussed and personal development oriented topics. This provided a lot of introspection for me. Participating in the 20/20 Levels programme was instrumental in refining The Ferm’s business strategy and setting clear priorities. The mentorship provided through the programme was incredibly valuable, particularly the guidance from Rushil Ramjee, co-founder of Urban Greens. His insights helped me structure a focused roadmap for growth, from clarifying our brand message to streamlining operations. Rushil’s mentorship was pivotal in helping me understand how to strategically align our sustainability mission with commercial goals, ensuring we could scale without compromising our values. The programme also gave me the confidence to prioritise what truly matters for long-term success, while building a supportive network of like-minded entrepreneurs.

The partnership with 20/20 Levels is incredibly important, and rewarding, on many levels.
On a business level, we have worked very hard to embed DE&I across our business and at every level. The partnership with 20/20 Levels allows us to bring this to life through action and meaningful change. It has become a showcase for our business as to how we can align our values with external partners.

It has also allowed us re-think some of our hiring and onboarding processes, challenging hiring leaders and our talent teams how they consider the qualities of young applicants, versus experience on a CV. We have also launched an Early Careers Community within Amex GBT, on the back of hires in 2024 from 20/20 Levels. While we have a robust onboarding process for all new hires, we saw an opportunity to create a community specifically for young first time hires into a corporate workspace.
