Why are we called 2020 Levels?
We became 20/20 Levels after 20/20 Change and Levels Enterprises merged together. The 20/20 is a reference to 20/20 vision, having a clear view on the future and Levels means that we will help you get to the next level of your future.
Why did 20/20 Change and Levels merge?
We merged these two organisations together to be able to offer more life-changing opportunities and support to the young people in our community.
What is I Am Change?
The I Am Change programme is one of our flagship programmes that provides guidance, inspiration, community and purpose to help our young people take the next steps in enhancing their career.
What is the Levels Programme?
The Levels programme is one of our flagship programmes that offers business mentoring for underrepresented entrepreneurs to help them turn their side hustle into a main hustle, or show them how to make their current business boom.
How do I know if I qualify to be part of your programmes?
We support black and racially underrepresented young people aged 18-30. But, we also understand the mission we have may also support young people from low socioeconomic backgrounds, with a household income under £20K or were on free school meals.
How do I get a mentor with you?
We have two ways you can access mentorship through us! It just depends on what you’re looking for.
Our business mentoring programme, Levels, offers a mentor to entrepreneurs looking to take their business to the next level (pun intended).
You can also access mentorship after completing our I Am Change programme, where you can get matched with a career mentor, who can help you get into the career and field that you want.
How do I access your job opportunities?
Our job opportunities are exclusively for 20/20 Levels Alumni, if you have completed the I Am Change programme you will be able to access our jobs board and contact our Talent Agents for active job roles.

What’s the difference between I Am Change & Levels?
I Am Change is our personal development programme for young people looking for guidance, inspiration and purpose. We’ll give you the tools to define your own success, and then go out and get it.
