Our IMPACT
In 2024, we reached new heights, supporting our largest graduating class ever and expanding our impact across careers, entrepreneurship, and international experiences.

Since our founding, we’ve empowered 3,750+ young people, impacted 22,000 people in the wider community, and partnered with 185 companies to drive social mobility.

Our Talent programme provides dedicated support to alumni, helping them secure job placements, navigate probation periods, and progress in their careers. We work closely with employers to foster strong partnerships, ensuring a pipeline of diverse, skilled talent while supporting long-term career growth and retention.

We help organisations build diverse, intergenerational teams and foster inclusive workplace cultures. Our tailored consultancy services include DEI audits, speaking engagements, focus groups, Youth Board creation, and more—empowering businesses to drive meaningful change and innovation.
